Every football coach has a story. What brought them into the game, the people who inspired them, the challenges they've faced, and the experiences that shape how they lead.
With our new Coach Interviews series, we're giving women across football the opportunity to share those stories in their own words.
We're speaking with coaches at different stages of their journeys, from those just starting out to experienced professionals, about their motivations, ambitions, coaching philosophies, and what football could do better to support women in the profession.
Their perspectives remind us that coaching is about much more than tactics and results. It's about building relationships, developing people, creating environments where players can thrive, and continually learning along the way.
And while every coaching journey is different, many of the questions are shared: How do we create more opportunities for women? What does meaningful support look like? And how can today's coaches help inspire the next generation?
We believe these are conversations worth sharing. Not just to highlight the challenges, but to celebrate the people, ideas, and experiences that can help move football forward.
Our first interview in the series is now live, and we'll continue adding new voices and perspectives along the way.
